2000 Alumascape Holiday Rambler with Super Slide Out 30 for sale in Cleveland, Tennessee

For sale 2000 alumascape holiday rambler 30" travel trailer with super slide out in living and kitchen area in nice condition needs a good outside cleaning but inside is very clean and well taken care of . Has lots of features as all holiday ramblers do everything is in good working condition . To start off the carpet was pulled up all thru the camper and everywhere except the bedroom has white lenolium flooring . Included is new hard wood laminate enough to do the bedroom floor . No leaks has leaked at one time when is was in previous owners hands but there was no major damage on some did coloring of floor under bedroom window. Accordion shower door was replaced with a regular curtain and shower faucet was upgraded to a nice gold faucet and hand held shower upgraded to a oxygenics high output head retail for faucet and shower head $175. Kitchen faucet was replaced with full size moen faucet retailing $175 also toilet was replaced with a new full size porcelain toilet retail $400 . Super slide out awning was replaced a year ago but there is no awning on front side due to storm so the new owner will need to put hardware and awning on if the wish the price has been adjusted to make up for that. Also there are no cushions for the dinette set but can get new ones on eBay for a reasonable price the price was also adjust for that. This camper has a full size sleeper sofa not pictured and a rocker recliner pictured. Has gas stove and a black gas or electric large refrigerator microwave and a compact dishwasher that was installed after I purchased it retail $350. Also has a built in magic chef microwave . Lots of luxury cabinets and some that feature etched mirrors in the kitchen and bedroom . Needs a radio but speaker are still intact in the living area and bedroom . Has queen size bed that needs a mattress or I can include the deluxe memory foam mattresses for an extra fee. There is storage underneath both dinette benches as well as extra storage under queen size bed that can be accessed from inside or outside . Has gas heat and electric air conditioner that's gets very cold. Has a water heater that is electric or gas. Also features two entry doors one in living area and one in the bedroom. Has day night shades that are in good condition with the exception of the large one next to dinette that has come loose in one side an easy fix . All windows work great and there is aluminum blind on the two kitchen windows . There is a one cubic foot washing machine that can be included for an extra fee. There are three roll up ceiling vents two with fans and they also have insulated inserts on the inside . Has a shower mini tub combination that is separate across the hall from separate sink and toilet area that has its own wooden door and on each end of hallway there is wood sliding doors so you can completely close off shower area. There are two half closets on each side of the bed and a double closet in front of bed that can also be accessed thru a door in the bathroom and bathroom also has storage cabinets under sink and above toilet. There is a water powered spray and pump included for the sewage pipe works very well . Also had new power cord installed last year and there is an outside auxiliary shower on the back side next to the slide out . Please keep in mind that this camper will look very good once cleaned with bleach on the outside I am a single disabled lady and I am not able to do it at this time but it was done every year that I have owned it. Tires are good and there is one area on the bottom if slide out trim has a small hole where something hit it only cosmetic . Has deluxe velvet and tapestry brown trim in all windows inside. And it has waterproof wallpaper covering on all the walls with a border trim wallpaper is in good condition but you might want to replace trim. Also comes with a mirror and a picture in living area .
